The Mohawk Hudson Land Conservancy is excited to announce the protection of the Eldridge Farm and the preservation of the historic agricultural landscapes of Rensselaerville. Join us in celebration and enjoy an outdoor reception and performance by the brass musicians of the Albany Symphony, conducted by David Alan Miller.  

Generously hosted by Stewart Myers at his historic property at 348 Albany Hill Road, Rensselaerville. Enjoy the lawns, fields and gardens of the Daniel Conkling House, a restored 1806 Federal mansion.

4 PM to 5 PM: Mingling & Light Hors D’oeuvres on the lawn
5 PM to 6 PM: Albany Symphony Brass Performance
6 PM to 7 PM: Tours of the Gardens & Trails
