Job Opening: Summer Land Steward
MHLC is hiring a Summer Land Steward to assist with a diverse set of tasks relating to stewardship of MHLC’s growing public trail systems. Enrollment in a college program majoring in biology, environmental science, natural resources, forestry, planning, or related field, and completion of course work in subjects that provides background to meet job responsibilities is preferred. The Summer Land Steward will work approximately 30-35 hours a week for 10-12 weeks between June and August. (Start and end dates are flexible.) Volunteers and Preserve Stewards
Volunteers are needed to help maintain our 20 Preserves that are open to the public and located in Albany, Schenectady, and Montgomery Counties. Preserve Steward positions are open at several of the preserves. Would you be able to help out as a volunteer or Preserve Steward?
